PC Drafting Services has undertaken a wide variety of projects over many years in both city and rural environments.
From extending homes built in the early part of the 20th century and maintaining the period appeal while including modern fixtures and fittings to rammed earth French Provincial style farm houses, PC Drafting Services has done it all. We have designed and documented grouped dwellings, tilt slab factories and even farm sheds that include an accommodation wing. One of our projects was to incorporate the old 50's style surf club buildings at Swanbourne into the two storey facility that you see there today. This project also included a separate Patrol Storage building with observation tower on the beach side of the carpark.
